You don’t have to carry this all on your own.
I'm a Wellington, Florida based therapist who specializes in working with high-achieving women who are burnt out, anxious, and exhausted from holding everything together.
Therapy is a conversation:
Showing up is the hard part. The rest we do together.
I want you to know that asking for help is one of the hardest things a high-achieving woman can do. You've spent years being the one who figures it out. Coming here means you're done white-knuckling it alone and that takes more courage than anything on your to-do list.
How I work
At the core of my approach is the belief that real change comes from getting to the root of your “why”.
My style is direct and warm at the same time. I'll challenge you, support you, and encourage you to do the hard work of understanding yourself because that's where meaningful change begins. Therapy with me isn't a one-and-done fix. It's a process, and I'm in it with you.
Many of the women I work with come to therapy believing the problem is that life is just too busy. As we begin connecting the dots, they discover there's more beneath the surface. Understanding where these patterns began and why they still show up today is often the moment everything starts to make sense. When you understand yourself differently, you naturally begin relating to yourself, your relationships, and your life differently.
If you're ready to stop feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own, I'd love to help.
Therapy with me is…
-
believe in building trust within the therapeutic relationship so you can begin to trust yourself again. I'll be honest with you, and this is a place where you can finally be honest with yourself, maybe for the first time.
If I notice a pattern that's keeping you stuck, I'm going to point it out with compassion and help you understand it. You don't need another opinion from a friend, a family member, or an AI chatbot. You need someone who knows your story, sees the bigger picture, and will challenge you to see yourself more clearly so you can create meaningful, lasting change.

Hard work in therapy means showing up with an open mind and a willingness to try something different. It means receiving feedback with patience, trusting that change takes time, and allowing me to guide you through the hurt, anxiety, overwhelm, and uncomfortable moments without judgment.
Because this work isn't just about feeling better. It's about understanding yourself in a way that changes how you experience your life. There's a reason these patterns keep showing up, and together we'll make sense of them. As you begin to understand yourself, guilt and shame no longer call the shots. You stop overthinking, overfunctioning, and carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations. You feel less overwhelmed, your relationships become more connected, and you begin responding to life with greater clarity and intention instead of constant anxiety.

Therapy is a relationship, not a transaction. It's a place where you don't have to have it all together, keep the peace, or worry about disappointing me. You get to show up exactly as you are.
As trust grows, so does your willingness to be honest, try something different, and let go of the patterns that have been keeping you stuck. The relationship we build becomes a place to practice healthier boundaries, speak more honestly, and experience what it feels like to be accepted without having to earn it. That's how change begins to carry into the rest of your life.

Deep work looks different for everyone and that's the point. Over time, clients who do the work walk away with a deeper understanding of their boundaries, their patterns, and their wounds. They learn how their brain and body are connected, how their neurochemistry affects their mood and relationships, and how to actually take care of themselves not just get through the day.
Therapy doesn't take you to a finish line or a destination. Rather it is a new way of connecting to yourself and showing up every day in a healthy way.
