Relationship therapy for women in Wellington, FL
You've tried everything. So why do your relationships still feel so hard?
IT’S NOT YOUR PRODUCTIVITY THATS THE PROBLEM. IT’S THE SAME PATTERNS THAT FOLLOW YOU FROM ONE RELATIONSHIP TO THE NEXT.
You have the routine locked in. The workouts, the clean eating, the podcasts on the drive to work. And when everything is running smoothly, it's great. But then you and your partner spend another night barely talking, you lose your patience with your kids over something small, or you walk away from a conversation feeling like nobody in your life actually gets you. Suddenly, you're replaying the whole thing in your head, wondering what you should have said differently and what you need to do to make things better.
It's not your job that drains you, you can handle that. It's coming home. It's the distance you feel from your partner. It's snapping at your kids and not knowing why. It's the quiet feeling that nobody really sees you, including yourself.
In therapy together, we will work to rediscover your needs in relationships and how you can show up as the version of yourself you want to be.
Sound like you?
You feel your best when life is organized and running smoothly but productivity does not help with the disconnection you feel in your closest relationships.
You love your partner and your kids but lately everything they do feels like too much.
You feel unseen and disconnected in your relationships but don't know how to say it out loud. And you don’t have time for drama.
You've tried everything to make yourself better in relationships and feel resentment that people in your life aren’t doing as much.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Let's understand what's getting in the way of feeling close to the people you love, so your relationships can feel more connected and less exhausting.
We'll start by getting underneath the surface. It's not about the dishes that didn't get done. It's about what happens between you when they don't. Maybe you're always worried about upsetting someone, so you keep things in until you shut down or finally lose it. Or maybe you're surrounded by people who love you and still can't understand why you feel so alone.
Those are the things we'll start making sense of together. We'll look at what you learned about relationships growing up and how those patterns are showing up now, in your marriage, with your kids, and in the way you treat yourself. Understanding the root is where real change begins.
You'll begin to recognize what you actually need in your relationships and learn how to ask for it without guilt, shutting down, or waiting for the next blow up.
You'll learn how your nervous system is affected by conflict and disconnection so you can stop unconsciously reacting and start responding more intentionally. The goal isn't a perfect relationship, it's a real one where you feel seen and heard.
The work we do together goes beyond the hour we spend each week. As you start understanding your patterns, you'll begin to notice them in real time, whether you're biting your tongue to keep the peace, saying yes when you want to say no, or taking responsibility for something that isn't actually yours to fix.
Relationships don't change overnight, but little by little, you'll start to get yourself and understand why you react the way you do, especially in the moments when old patterns start taking over. You'll be able to set a boundary without spending the rest of the day questioning it, have a hard conversation without immediately assuming you did something wrong, and be there for the people you love without feeling responsible for keeping everyone happy.
You already do hard things, and this may feel hard to imagine from where you're sitting right now, but together we will walk every step of the way.
Yes you can.
Trust the process:
You don't have to keep feeling disconnected and alone in your own home.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
Your relationships feel less exhausting because you finally feel seen and heard.
You stop walking on eggshells and start saying what you actually think and need without immediately worrying about how everyone else will react.
You actually enjoy spending time with your partner instead of feeling disconnected, irritated, or like one more person needs something from you.
The loneliness at home is gone because you finally know how to ask for what you need without worrying about rocking the boat.
You have more patience with your kids and don't lose it on them when things get hard.
You feel connected to yourself again, not just productive, but genuinely at peace.
You matter too.
The relationships you want are possible.

The short answer is no. Many of my clients come individually to work on their relationship patterns, communication, and their own emotional experience. You don't need your partner or family in the room to do meaningful relationship work. In fact, when one person changes, the whole dynamic changes.

You don't have to be in crisis to come to therapy. If you feel disconnected, lonely, or like you're walking on eggshells that's enough. You deserve support before things get worse, not after.

Yes! I offer both in-person sessions in Wellington, Florida and online therapy throughout Florida. Whichever format works best for your life, we can make it work.

I get it. AI is accessible, judgment-free, and available whenever you need it, and sometimes that is exactly what you need in the moment. But being understood by another human being who knows you is something technology can't replace.
Someone who remembers what you said three sessions ago, notices when you're holding something back, and challenges you with care because they know your full story. That kind of knowing builds over time and gives us a place to work through the things that information and answers alone can't change.
You deserve more than answers. You deserve to be known.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’ve completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This combination of training helps me understand both what happens within you and what happens between you and the people in your life. I look at relationships as systems rather than assuming one person is the problem.
That means our work goes beyond the argument you had last night or figuring out what you should have said differently. We’ll look at why you take on so much, why it can be hard to say what you need, and what happens when you’re worried about disappointing someone you love. From there, we can begin changing the way you respond and relate without assuming you just need to try harder.
