THERAPY FEES & INSURANCE
Let’s talk about the practical stuff.
I accept several insurance plans as well as private pay. Here’s what you need to know about fees, insurance coverage, and paying for therapy.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Insurance can be confusing. Here’s a straightforward look at your options so you know what to expect before we get started.
Using Insurance
I’m in-network with Cigna, BCBS/Florida Blue, TRICARE, and UHC/Optum. Your exact cost will depend on your individual insurance plan, including your copay, deductible, and coverage. Please contact your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits and any out-of-pocket costs before beginning therapy.
Private Pay
The private pay fee is $155 for a 50-minute individual therapy session. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available. Please ask about current availability.
Out- of- Network
If I’m not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Your reimbursement will depend on your individual plan and out-of-network benefits.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
If you are paying privately for therapy and will not be using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act.
